America to execute mentally ill woman
Teresa Lewis is "mentally retarded". She will be killed by lethal injection in the state of Virgina, U.S.A.
There are 53 American women on death row in the United States. Not all women are retards.
UPDATE - 24 September 2003
Teresa Lewis has been killed. She was fed roast and then poisoned to death by Virgina authorities.
