Top U.K. Minister lunches scathing attack on Capitalism

British Business Secretary, Vince Cable, says financial markets are often irrational or rigged; capitalism takes no prisoners and it kills competition where it can.
Cable said he is out to unveil the true level of corruption and greed of bankers and stockbrokers. He vowed to shine a harsh light into the murky world corporate behaviour.
